Abstract
El contenido de la presente investigación, se basa en la relación de las variables Clima Organizacional y Satisfacción laboral, aplicada a los trabajadores de un centro de idiomas de Lima Metropolitana en el año 2017. La presente, tuvo como objetivo general analizar la relación entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores del centro de idiomas. La muestra de estudio se obtuvo del muestreo no probabilístico deliberado por el investigador; para ello, se evaluó a todo el personal, siendo un total de 46 trabajadores del instituto.
The content of the current research is based on the relationship of the variables Climate Organization and Labor Satisfaction, Applied to the workers of a language center in Metropolitan Lima in the year 2017. The present objective was to analyze the relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction of the language center workers. The study sample was obtained from the non-probabilistic sampling deliberated by the researcher; for this, all the personnel were evaluated, being a total of 46 workers of the institute.
