Abstract
The present study, analyze the case of a premature male new born, hospitalizes in the Neonatal Intensive care unit ,diagnosed with necrotizing enterocolitis I. The necrotizing enterocolitis is one of the frequent, hard and devastating to eliminate pathologies beside,is one of causes that increase the morbidity and mortality in the Neonatal critical unit. The incidence is reported of 5-10% in neonates less tan 1500 grams, the neonates with gestational age between 38-40 gestational weeks 5-25% of all about cases.Surgical management is required in 30-50% of cases in children under 28 weeks of gestation and a third has a high mortality rate. The theory is that the integrity of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) is compromised as a result of the interaction of inmature intestinal microbial alteration, enteral nutrition and ischemia
