La Cultura Organizacional es un pilar fundamental en toda organización y les sirve de apoyo a aquellas que quieren ser competitivas. En la Universidad Nacional Santiago Antúnez de Mayolo, se percibe la incidencia de la cultura organizacional en el desempeño laboral de los docentes y administrativos.
