Abstract
Este es un estudio de naturaleza cuantitativa y descriptiva que tiene como objetivo determinar la satisfacción de los pacientes sobre la calidad de atención de salud en el Centro Materno Infantil Lurín, Enero-Marzo 2017. Mediante el presente se ha permitido evaluar el nivel de calidad de atención, que principalmente se apoya en los conceptos de Donabedian, ya que nos indica los componentes de calidad que son técnico científica y el entorno
