Abstract

El estudio tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel de los principios de la responsabilidad social en la gestión administrativa de la entidad. En este estudio se seleccionó una muestra probabilística, de los grupos de interés representativo de la institución que solicitan los servicios de la entidad; para conocer el grado de aceptación de los Principios de Responsabilidad Social. El tipo de investigación diseñada es: aplicativa; los instrumentos utilizados para la medición de las variables fueron: La encuesta para medir la validez y la confiabilidad. Se respondió a la hipótesis: Los Principios de la Responsabilidad Social influyen positivamente en la gestión administrativa del RENIECThe objective of the study is to determine the level of the principles of social responsibility in the administrative management of the entity.
