Los procesos logísticos y su relación con la dispensación de fármacos a los pacientes ambulatorios con enfermedades crónicas en el Hospital Central de la Fuerza Aérea del Perú

Abstract
El servicio de farmacia varía de una institución a otra según el alcance del servicio y las políticas y objetivos de la institución. Sin embargo, existen principios fundamentales comunes a todas las instituciones cuya incorporación en la práctica farmacéutica asegura al hospital, un servicio competente y de calidad dirigido a la atención de los pacientes crónicos.
Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre los procesos logísticos y la dispensación de fármacos a los pacientes ambulatorios con enfermedades crónicas en el Hospital Central de la Fuerza Aérea del Perú.
La investigación de tipo aplicada, descriptivo-correlacional, diseño no experimental, transversal, tuvo como muestra a 36 empleados y a 260 pacientes crónicos que acudieron a la Farmacia Externa del Hospital Central de la Fuerza Aérea del Perú, a quienes se les aplicó dos Cuestionarios para medir las variables de estudio: Procesos logísticos y Dispensación de fármacos, los cuales fueron debidamente validados mediante juicio de 3 expertos.
Los resultados confirmaron la hipótesis general, es decir: Existe relación directa entre los procesos logísticos y la dispensación de fármacos a los pacientes ambulatorios con enfermedades crónicas en el Hospital Central de la Fuerza Aérea del Perú.
The pharmacy varies from one institution to another depending on the scope of service and policies and objectives of the center. However, there are fundamental principles common to all institutions whose incorporation in pharmaceutical practice assures the hospital, health center or community pharmacy competent service and quality. This research aimed to determine the relationship between logistics processes and dispensing of drugs to outpatients with chronic diseases in the Central Hospital of the Air Force of Peru. Research type applied, descriptive and correlational, not experimental design, cross, it was to show 36 employees and 260 chronic patients who come to the Foreign Pharmacy Central Hospital of the Air Force of Peru, who were used two questionnaires to measure the study variables logistical processes and dispensing of drugs, which were duly validated by 3 expert judgment. The results confirmed the general hypothesis, that is: There is a direct relationship between logistics processes and dispensing of drugs to outpatients with chronic diseases in the Central Hospital of the Air Force of Peru.
