dc.description.abstractEl incumplimiento a la obligación alimentaria a los hijos se encuentra penado, dado que el padre sabiendo cuál es su responsabilidad con su prole, no lo cumple, perjudicando el desarrollo del menor en diferentes aspectos, por otro lado, el interés superior del niño es un principio que tiene por finalidad garantizar y resolver conflictos donde los niños se ven vinculados.es_PE
