Abstract
El objetivo general del trabajo de investigación fue determinar la influencia del
ambiente laboral en la rotación de los colaboradores en la empresa NEXOS
S.A.C.
El tipo de investigación fue explicativo y el nivel aplicado, el método y diseño de
investigación fue ex post facto.
La población estuvo compuesta por 310 colaboradores de la empresa NEXOS
S.A.C. y la muestra estuvo constituida por 172 colaboradores seleccionados
mediante el muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple.
En el caso de la variable ambiente laboral se utilizó el instrumento validado de
Litwin y Stringer constituido por 9 dimensiones: estructura, identidad,
recompensa, responsabilidad, desafío, cooperación, conflictos, relaciones y
estándares conformado por 53 enunciados.
El instrumento que se utilizó para medir la rotación del personal fue un
cuestionario utilizado en la empresa NEXOS S.A.C. constituido por 2
dimensiones: rotación interna, rotación externa con 12 enunciados en escalas
nominales.
Para la comprobación de hipótesis se utilizó la prueba no paramétrica Rho de
Spearman por tratarse de variables cualitativas utilizando el margen de error de
0.05.
Los resultados fueron que tanto la dimensión “recompensa” como la dimensión
“conflictos” influyen significativamente en la rotación laboral de los colaboradores
de la empresa NEXOS S.A.C.
The general objective of the research was to determine the influence of the work environment on the rotation of the collaborators in the company NEXOS S.A.C. The type of research was explanatory and the applied level, method and research design was ex post facto. The population was composed of 310 employees of the company NEXOS S.A.C. And the sample consisted of 172 collaborators selected using simple random probabilistic sampling. In the case of the labor environment variable, the validated instrument of Litwin and Stringer was composed of 9 dimensions: structure, identity, reward, responsibility, challenge, cooperation, conflicts, relationships and standards, made up of 53 statements. The instrument that was used to measure staff turnover was a questionnaire used in the company NEXOS S.A.C. Consisting of 2 dimensions: internal rotation, external rotation with 12 statements on nominal scales. For the hypothesis test, the Spearman Rho nonparametric test was used because it was a qualitative variable using the margin of error of 0.05. The results were that both the "reward" dimension and the "conflicts" dimension significantly influence the work rotation of NEXOS S.A.C. employees.
