Abstract
El Hospedaje Wasi Tur experimenta notables problemas, como la deficiencia en el control y la administración de los procesos del hotel (recepción, reservas, consumo de restaurant), ocasionando retrasos en la atención de los huéspedes, generación de información inexacta de los ingresos y egresos económicos. El propósito de este trabajo de investigación es resolver el problema mencionado anteriormente, desarrollando un Sistema de Información para la mejora del proceso de atención al cliente. Para el desarrollo de esta solución se utilizó la metodología Rational Unified Process (RUP), el cual permitió una adecuada administración y control de los procesos del Hospedaje Wasi Tur de la ciudad de Saposoa. El problema central de la Empresa son los obstáculos y la falta de control para una adecuada atención de clientes mediante la información inexacta que brinda la empresa a los usuarios o clientes. Donde el objetivo principal es determinar la influencia del Sistema de Información en la mejora del proceso de atención en el hospedaje Wasi Tur. Consiguiendo como resultado que la funcionalidad del sistema de información hotelera influenció en la atención al cliente puesto que antes del sistema se desarrollaba en una escala de regular - inadecuado en un 75%, a comparación después de utilizar el sistema mostrando una mejoría del 25% llevándose de una manera muy adecuada y un 42% de manera adecuado. Así mismo se vio una clara mejoría en los aspectos de fiabilidad, usabilidad y la eficiencia de la empresa esto debido a que los clientes volvían satisfechos e incluso se nota que ahora ya tiene más acogida por la población.

Achieving as a result that the functionality of the hotel information system influenced customer service since before the system was developed on a scale of regular - inadequate by 75%, compared after using the system showing an improvement of 25% taking in a very adequate way and 42% in an adequate way. Likewise, there was a clear improvement in the reliability, usability and efficiency aspects of the company due to the fact that the clients returned satisfied and it is even noticeable that it is now more popular among the population.
