Abstract
En la actualidad las medianas y grandes empresas de Lima Metropolitana enfrentan una serie de problemas por la alta competitividad y la apertura de nuevos mercados; por lo que es necesario determinar maneras y formas de capacitar, administrar de la mejor forma el Talento Humano en las empresas, que permita obtener los mejores desempeños de los trabajadores, particularmente de las empresas comerciales, tal es el caso de las organizaciones como Topi Top, Ripley y Saga Falabella, para que el negocio pueda desarrollar una adecuada productividad y en su momento pueda ser más competitivo para incursionar en un mercado globalizado. La presente investigación tiene cinco capítulos y trata de aportar conocimiento para un manejo adecuado a la Gestión del Talento Humano y su relación con el Desempeño de los Trabajadores de las empresas antes señaladas. En el capítulo primero se describen los fundamentos teóricos sobre la Gestión del Talento Humano y el Desempeño, su reseña, el marco teórico, las investigaciones relativas al estudio y el marco conceptual con sus definiciones de términos básicos del estudio y de las variables desarrolladas. En el capítulo segundo se describe el problema de investigación de acuerdo a la realidad problemática de las empresas Topi Top, Ripley y Saga Falabella haciendo una descripción de la realidad problemática, un resumen del marco teórico y la definición del problema principal y a los problemas secundarios, los objetivos de la investigación considerando su objetivo general y específico, presentando las hipótesis, las variables, la definición operacional de las variables, donde la Gestión del Talento Humano y el Desempeño son los ejes principales de la investigación, mostrando los indicadores que necesariamente se deben cumplir, su justificación e importancia. En el capítulo tercero se trata de la metodología, la población y muestra el diseño, las técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos y las técnicas de procesamiento y análisis de datos. En el capítulo cuarto se hace referencia a la presentación y análisis de los resultados, considerando la contribución de la Gestión del Talento Humano, para lograr mejoras del desempeño del trabajador, la discusión de resultados y la contrastación de la hipótesis, todo esto de acuerdo al análisis estadístico aplicado a cada una de las variables del trabajo de investigación. En el capítulo cinco se presenta las conclusiones y recomendaciones, donde a través de la investigación se ha demostrado que la Gestión del Talento Humano está en relación con el Desempeño de los Trabajadores de las empresas Topi top, Ripley y Saga Falabella. Al final de este trabajo se muestra la bibliografía y se lista el anexo que se utilizó en la investigación con el cuestionario correspondiente a la encuesta aplicada a los trabajadores.
At present, medium and large businesses in Metropolitan Lima face a number of problems in the highly competitive and opening new markets; so it is necessary to determine ways and means of training, the best way to manage the Human Resource in the companies, which allows to obtain the best performance of workers, particularly of commercial enterprises, as in the case of organizations as Topy Top , Ripley and Saga Falabella, for the business to develop an effective productivity and in time can be more competitive to break into a global market. This research has five chapters and seeks to provide knowledge for the proper management of the Human Resource Management and its relationship to the performance of the workers of the companies mentioned above. The theoretical foundations on Human Resource Management and Performance, your review, theoretical framework, research relating to the study and conceptual framework with definitions of basic terms of the study and developed variables are described in the first chapter. In the second chapter the research question according to the problematic reality of Topy Top, Ripley and Saga Falabella with a description of the problem actually a summary of the theoretical framework and the definition of the main problem and the secondary problems described, research objectives considering its general and specific objective, presenting the hypotheses, variables, operational definitions of variables, where the Human Resource Management and Performance are the main areas of research showing the indicators must necessarily meet, their justification and importance. The third chapter deals with the methodology, the population and sample design, techniques and tools for data collection and processing techniques and data analysis. In the fourth chapter refers to the presentation and analysis of the results is made, considering the contribution of Human Resource Management, to achieve improvements in worker performance, discussion of results and the testing of the hypothesis, according to this statistical analysis applied to each of the variables of the research. In chapter five the conclusions and recommendations, which through research has shown that Human Resource Management is related to the performance of the Workers of Topy Top, Ripley and Saga Falabella is presented. At the end of this work and the literature shows that the annex was used in the research to the corresponding questionnaire survey of workers list.
