Abstract
El caso clínico trata sobre Tuberculosis Pulmonar multidrogoresistente, esta enfermedad en los últimos años se ha convertido en una de las epidemias más preocupantes dentro de la salud pública y una de las primeras causas de mortalidad a nivel mundial. En este trabajo se informa como es la evaluación de una paciente femenina de 20 años de edad, diagnosticada con tuberculosis multidrogoresistente, la cual inicia los síntomas, con pérdida progresiva de peso y apetito que fue progresando paulatinamente con los meses, además de una debilidad impidiéndole realizar las actividades cotidianas.
