Abstract
Los cambios en las organizaciones se han convertido en una cuestión de extrema importancia en la gestión de las instituciones públicas y privadas. Adoptar nuevas estrategias de mejora en los servicios, es fundamental para satisfacer a los clientes y sus necesidades de información.
El presente trabajo de investigación reporta los resultados del grado de Adaptación a los Cambios del personal en el Congreso de la República del Perú, periodo 2013 – 2016.
Investigación de tipo descriptiva y diseño transversal. Se tomó una muestra probabilística de 333 trabajadores el Congreso de la República del Perú, periodo 2013 – 2016, a los cuales se les administró el cuestionario de adaptación a los cambios organizacionales. Se utilizó el programa estadístico SPSS versión 22 para procesar los datos, los cuales fueron organizados y presentados en tablas y figuras.
Los resultados indican un Grado medio de Adaptación a los Cambios del personal en el Congreso de la República del Perú, periodo 2013 – 2016. A nivel específico, se precisó un medio grado de asimilación, aceptación y Compromiso del Cambio del personal en el Congreso de la República del Perú, periodo 2013 – 2016. Por otro lado, se encontró un bajo grado de preparación para el Cambio del personal en el congreso de la República del Perú, periodo 2013 – 2016.

The results indicate an average degree of adaptation to changes of personnel in the Congress of the Republic of Perú, period 2013 - 2016. A specific level, an average degree of assimilation, acceptance and commitment of staff Change in Congress was specified the Republic of Perú, period 2013 - 2016. On the other hand, a low degree of preparation was found for Change staff in the congress of the Republic of Perú, period 2013 - 2016.
