Aplicabilidad del índice de carrea en la estimación de la estatura en alumnos de la facultad de estomatología de la universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega en el ciclo 2018-II

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar la aplicabilidad del método del Dr. Carrea en la estimación de la estatura en alumnos del III, IV y VII ciclo de la facultad de Estomatología de la Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega en el ciclo 2018-II. El diseño metodológico fue descriptivo, el tipo de investigación fue transversal, descriptivo-correlacional y observacional. Para cumplir con el objetivo del estudio, se utilizó una muestra conformada por 80 alumnos del III, IV y VII ciclo de la facultad de Estomatología de la Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, que fueron seleccionados en forma no aleatoria por conveniencia a los cuales se les realizo la toma de impresión de la hemi arcada inferior.

The objective of the present investigation was to determine the applicability of Dr. Carrea's method in the estimation of height in students of the III, IV and VII cycle of the Stomatology faculty of the Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University in the cycle 2018- II. The methodological design was descriptive, the type of research was transversal, descriptive-correlational and observational. To fulfill the objective of the study, we used a sample consisting of 80 students of the III, IV and VII cycle of the faculty of Stomatology of the Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University, which were selected in a non-random manner for convenience to which I made the impression of the lower arch hemi.
