Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar los beneficios que genera la implementación de liberación de carga online para despachos anticipados terminal DPW en una agencia marítima. La Aduana a través de un programa de reforma institucional, busco la reducción de tiempos, por lo cual implemento el procedimiento denominado Sistema Anticipado Preferente(SAP), el cual fue creado para aquellas empresas con altos volúmenes y aquellos que buscaban retirar su mercadería el mismo día de arribada la Nave; ya posterior se realizó modificaciones y es a la que actualmente se le conoce como Sistema Anticipado de Despacho Aduanero(SADA)
