Abstract
La presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar el nivel del ausentismo laboral en los colaboradores del área registral de la Zona Registral N° IX –SUNARP ubicada en el distrito de Jesús María. La población estuvo conformada por 52 colaboradores del área registral. El tipo de la investigación es básica descriptiva, el diseño de investigación es no experimental-transversal y con enfoque cuantitativo.
The objective of this research is to determine the level of work absenteeism in the collaborators of the registry area of the Registration Zone N ° IX -SUNARP located in the district of Jesús María.
