Abstract
La Fibromialgia es un trastorno de etiología desconocida, caracterizado junto a otros síntomas por la presencia de dolor musculo esquelético, pero otros signos y síntomas como los trastornos del sueño, la depresión, la rigidez, la fatiga e incluso las alteraciones psicológicas y cognitivas pueden afectar gravemente a las actividades de la vida diaria, igual que en la etiología, también hay hipótesis contradictorias en relación con el tratamiento.
Desde hace mucho tiempo se tiene en cuenta que el ejercicio aeróbico es efectivo e importante en una orientación integrada de la fibromialgia para lograr una mejor calidad de vida. El paciente procura obtener beneficios a corto plazo con el ejercicio, sin embargo algunas veces no es posible por diversas situaciones. La afectación de la fibromialgia se ha presentado usualmente de forma sucesiva y así es como se ocasiona un cierto grado de recuperación.

For a long time it has been taken into account that aerobic exercise is effective and important in an integrated approach to fibromyalgia to achieve a better quality of life. The patient tries to obtain short term benefits with exercise, however sometimes it is not possible due to different situations. The affectation of fibromyalgia has usually presented successively and this is how a certain degree of recovery is caused.
