Abstract
La presente investigación tiene por objetivo identificar el nivel de
empoderamiento de la mujer, en las Organizaciones Sociales de Base del Primer
Nivel de los Clubes de Madres – Distrito de Carmen Alto, Huamanga, Ayacucho.
La técnica que se utilizó fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue un cuestionario
elaborado por Julita Hernández Sánchez y Renán García Falconi (2008). El cual
consta de 34 ítems, que se miden con una escala de Likert.
De acuerdo a los resultados se concluye: Que el 69% de mujeres
presentan un nivel promedio de empoderamiento, un 23% de las mujeres tienen
un nivel de empoderamiento en un nivel alto, y un 9% de mujeres muestran un
nivel de empoderamiento bajo.
En cuanto a los resultados específicos se concluye: En la dimensión
empoderamiento participativo, el 60% tienen un nivel de promedio de
empoderamiento, un 31% de las mujeres tienen un nivel alto y un 9% de mujeres
muestran un nivel bajo. En la dimensión temeridad, él 49% tienen un nivel alto,
un 40% de las mujeres tienen un nivel promedio y un 11% de mujeres muestran
un nivel bajo. En la dimensión influencias externas, el 57% tienen un nivel
promedio, un 29% de las mujeres tienen un nivel alto y un 14% de mujeres
muestran un nivel bajo. En la dimensión independencia, el 71% tienen un nivel
promedio, un 29% de las mujeres tienen un nivel alto. En la dimensión igualdad,
el 69% tienen un nivel promedio, un 26% de las mujeres tienen un nivel alto y un
6% de las mujeres tienen un nivel bajo. En la dimensión satisfacción social, el
69% tienen un nivel alto, y un 31% de las mujeres tienen un nivel promedio. En
la dimensión seguridad, el 66% tienen un nivel promedio, un 17% de las mujeres
tienen un nivel alto y un 17% en un nivel bajo.
