Abstract
En el presente estudio analizó los componentes bienestar psicológico, el estrés académico y el estilo de vida.
El objetivo general fue determinar la relación entre el bienestar psicológico, estrés académico y el estilo de vida de los estudiantes de la Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega. El tipo de investigación fue descriptiva. El método y diseño fue no experimental, correlacional y transversal. La población constituida por 754 universitarios, la muestra
254 muestreo probabilístico. Los instrumentos utilizados para la medición de las variables tuvieron validación de constructo y jueces expertos 6 evaluadores Doctores en Salud. La confiabilidad de los instrumentos se obtuvo con el coeficiente alfa de Cronbach >0.80, a 615 universitarios. La prueba estadística fue Rho de Spearman, el margen de error de 0.05
