Abstract

En la Insuficiencia Renal Cronica se reduce el filtrado glomerular que origina frecuentemente impedimento para la excreción de sodio, potasio y agua, la sobrecarga de volumen, la hipercalemia y la hiponatremia son hallazgos sumamente frecuentes; la severidad de estas alteraciones metabólicas es paralela a la del daño renal y al estado catabólico del paciente.In the Chronic Renal Failure the leaked one diminishes glomerular that originates frequently impediment for the excretion of sodium, potassium and water. Also, the overload of volume, hypercalcemia and the hiponatremia extremely are frequent findings. The severity of these metabolic alterations is parallel to that of the renal hurt and to the catabolic condition of the patient.
