Abstract
La Neuralgia de Occipital es un síndrome doloroso de la región occipital que afecta a los
territorios inervados tanto por el nervio occipital mayor como por el nervio occipital menor. Esta
Ocasionada por la alteración o disfunción de las raíces espinales cervicales C1-C2-C3 es también
responsable de dolor cefálico. Alrededor del 80% de estos pacientes desarrollan Anodinia táctil
en territorios C2-C3.
The Occipital Neuralgia is a painful syndrome of the occipital region that affects the territories innervated by both the greater occipital nerve and the minor occipital nerve.
