Abstract
El área de compras del Consorcio Túnel Callao realiza procesos de compra de materiales, control de stock, mediante un proceso de control y registro a través de hojas de cálculo. Si bien este procedimiento permitía realizar los procesos no era lo suficientemente eficiente debido al tiempo prolongado que llevaba y con esto origina retrasos a las fases de construcción civil programadas con lo cual la empresa se veía en problemas al no cumplir con los plazos contractuales de entrega de obra civil. Es por ello que se buscó resolver el problema desarrollando un sistema de gestión de compras para mejorar y optimizar la gestión de compras, incluyendo una evaluación de proveedores y así identificar a los proveedores estratégicos como también agilizar el proceso de aprobación de documentación haciendo que esta se maneje por el sistema y ya no de manera física.
The purchasing area of the Consorcio Tunel Callao carries out processes for the purchase of materials, stock control, through a process of control and registration through Excel spreadsheets. Although this procedure allowed to carry out the processes, it was not efficient enough due to the long time it took and this caused delays in the scheduled construction phases, which caused the company to be in trouble due to the non-fulfillment of the contractual delivery deadlines. That is why we sought to solve the problem by developing a purchasing management system to improve and optimize purchasing management, including an evaluation of suppliers and thus identify strategic suppliers as well as streamline the process of approval of documentation making it Drive through the system and no longer in a physical way.
