Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “Relaciones intrafamiliares y desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Empresa de Transportes Turístico Waynapicchu S.A.”, se formula con el objetivo de determinar cómo se relaciona las relaciones intrafamiliares con el desempeño laboral en los trabajadores de una Empresa de Transportes Turístico. Para el procesamiento de datos en ambas variables se aplicó lo siguiente, para la variable relaciones intrafamiliares la escala de evaluación de las relaciones intrafamiliares (Rivera Heredia & Andrade Palos, 2010)
