Relación del nivel de estrés laboral con el nivel de limitación funcional por lumbalgia en cirujanos dentistas que trabajan en el hospital PNP “Luis N. Sáenz” y la clínica odontológica especializada Angamos

Abstract

El estudio estuvo conformado por 50 Cirujanos Dentistas que trabajaron en el Hospital PNP “Luis N. Sáenz” y la Clínica Odontológica Especializada Angamos, se utilizaron dos instrumentos validados internacionalmente, el de Estrés laboral de la OIT-OMS conformado por 25 ítems y la de Limitación funcional por lumbalgia de Oswestry conformado por 10 ítems. A partir de los datos analizados se concluyó que existe relación significativa positiva alta entre Estrés laboral y Limitación funcional por lumbalgia (Rs=0.676, p=0.000).The study consisted of 50 dental surgeons who worked in the PNP "Luis N. Sáenz" Hospital and the Angamos Specialized Dentistry Clinic, where two internationally validated instruments were used, the OIT-OMS Work stress questionnaire consisting of 25 items and the Oswestry’s Functional limitation due to low back pain questionnaire composed of 10 items. Based on the data analyzed, it was concluded that there is a significant positive high relation between Work stress and Functional limitation due to low back pain (Rs = 0.676, p = 0.000).
