Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo conocer el nivel de insatisfacción salarial en los colaboradores de la tienda Paris Jockey plaza, Surco – Lima 2017. La presente investigación se caracteriza por ser de tipo descriptiva diagnostica, de acuerdo a su contenido.
Para la obtención de los resultados estadísticos se realizó una encuesta de insatisfacción salarial que contaba con diversos indicadores (ambiente laboral, interrelaciones personales, satisfacción salarial, ahorro y planificación de gastos) dicha encuesta consta de 21 preguntas.
La población está constituida por 90 colaboradores, por lo que se tomó como muestra a la totalidad de la población (90 personas) para obtener una muestra totalmente confiable. Estos colaboradores pertenecen a las distintas áreas de la tienda Paris Jockey Plaza, posterior al análisis estadístico, se concluye que el nivel de insatisfacción salarial es alto con un 73% de colaboradores que no se encuentran satisfechos con el monto salarial percibido
