Efecto analgésico del extracto hidroalcoholico de la raíz de eleutherine bulbosa (mill.) urb. (yahuar piri piri) en ratones

Abstract
El dolor constituye un problema frecuente de salud en la población, es una causa
frecuente de consulta médica y uso de uno o más fármacos para controlarlo, así
mismo se emplea plantas medicinales el cual para miles y millones de usuarios en
el mundo es la principal fuente de atención a los problemas de salud. El objetivo del
presente estudio fue determinar el efecto analgésico del extracto hidroalcohólico de
la raíz de Eleutherine bulbosa (Mill.) Urb. (Yahuar Piri Piri) en ratones. Para producir
dolor a ratones se usó el método de inducción química con ácido acético 1% vía
intraperitoneal. Para el experimento se usó 42 ratones hembras, en forma aleatoria
se formaron 7 grupos a los que se administró los tratamientos siguientes: G1 Suero
fisiológico 5 mL/Kg; G2 Ácido acético 0.1 mL/10 g (AcOH); G3 Tramadol 40 mg/Kg
+ AcOH; G4 Paracetamol 300 mg/Kg + AcOH; G5 Extracto hidroalcohólico de
Eleutherine bulbosa (Mill.) Urb (Yahuar Piri Piri) (EHEBYPP) 150 mg/Kg + AcOH;
G6 EHEBYPP 250 mg/Kg + AcOH; G7 EHEBYPP 500 mg/Kg + AcOH. Los
resultados evidenciaron que el extracto fue muy soluble en agua y etanol, soluble
en metanol, poco soluble en éter e insoluble en cloroformo, los principales grupos
de metabolitos secundarios hallados fueron taninos, flavonoides, compuestos
fenólicos y alcaloides. Se observó que el efecto analgésico aumentó cuando
aumentó la dosis del extracto, la dosis de 500 mg/Kg obtuvo mejor efecto analgésico
(74%), seguido de la dosis de 250 mg/Kg (43%) y 150 mg/Kg (26%). El efecto de la
dosis de 500 mg/Kg no fue significante con respecto al grupo de tramadol (82%)
(p>0.05) y la dosis de 250 mg/Kg tuvo un similar al grupo de paracetamol (51%), los
tres niveles de dosis del extracto mostraron diferencias estadísticas con respecto al
grupo control del ácido acético (p<0.05). Conclusión, el extracto hidroalcohólico de
la raíz de Eleutherine bulbosa (Mill.) Urb. (Yahuar Piri Piri) presentó evidencias de
tener efecto analgésico en ratones, este efecto fue dependiente de la dosis.
Pain is a frequent health problem in the population, is a frequent cause of medical consultation and use of one or more drugs to control it, likewise it uses medicinal plants which for thousands and millions of users in the world is the main source of attention to health problems. The aim of the present study was to determine the analgesic effect of the hydroalcoholic extract of the root of Eleutherine bulbous (Mill.) Urb. (Yahuar Piri Piri) in mice. To produce pain in mice, the chemical induction method with 1% acetic acid was used intraperitoneally. For the experiment, 42 female mice were used; in a randomized manner 7 groups were formed to which the following treatments were administered: G1 Physiological serum 5 mL / Kg; G2 Acetic acid 0.1 mL / 10 g (AcOH); G3 Tramadol 40 mg / Kg + AcOH; G4 Paracetamol 300 mg / Kg + AcOH; G5 Hydroalcoholic extract of Eleutherine bulbous (Mill.) Urb (Yahuar Piri Piri) (EHEBYPP) 150 mg / Kg + AcOH; G6 EHEBYPP 250 mg / Kg + AcOH; G7 EHEBYPP 500 mg / Kg + AcOH. The results showed that the extract was very soluble in water and ethanol, soluble in methanol, poorly soluble in ether and insoluble in chloroform, the main groups of secondary metabolites found were tannins, flavonoids, phenolic compounds and alkaloids. It was observed that the analgesic effect increased when the dose of the extract increased, the dose of 500 mg / Kg obtained better analgesic effect (74%), followed by the dose of 250 mg / Kg (43%) and 150 mg / Kg (26 %). The effect of the 500 mg / kg dose was not significant with respect to the tramadol group (82%) (p> 0.05) and the dose of 250 mg / kg had a similar to the paracetamol group (51%), all three Dosage levels of the extract showed statistical differences with respect to the control group of acetic acid (p <0.05).
