Propuesta para el incremento de las exportaciones de maca peruana mediante la participación en ferias internacionales

Abstract
En la actualidad, entre la población mundial es cada vez más fuerte el auge de alimentarse de manera cada vez más saludable; en respuesta a ello surgen nuevas alternativas de alimentación saludable, entre estas alternativas el Perú tiene una gran capacidad de competencia con los súper alimentos peruanos, éstos hoy por hoy están ganando gran demanda a nivel mundial puesto que presentan diversas alternativas saludables como opciones de mejorar nuestra nutrición.
Entre los llamados Súper Alimentos Peruanos o Peruvian Superfoods, como se les conoce en el mundo, tenemos a productos andinos como la maca, el yacón, el algarrobo, el camu camu, el cacao, la quinua, la kiwicha, la lúcuma, entre otros.
Para resaltar el boom de los Peruvian Superfoods, en la presente investigación nos centraremos en el caso de la maca peruana para exponer cómo la Promoción Internacional de este producto para el resto del mundo mediante Ferias Internacionales de alimentos puede influir en el incremento de las agro-exportaciones peruanas; puesto que el mundo actual requiere que las empresas peruanas desarrollen todo el potencial que tiene el Perú como país mega diverso y rico en alimentos sumamente nutritivos y para lograr esto las empresas peruanas necesitan innovar con nuevas propuestas que logren satisfacer la demanda que los potenciales clientes captados en las Ferias Internacionales les planteen.
Como resultado de la investigación realizada se pudo identificar que mediante la participación en Ferias Especializadas Internacionales de Alimentos las empresas peruanas del rubro consiguen mostrarse ante un público más diversificado con el objetivo de captar nuevos clientes interesados en sus productos, llevándolos a experimentar un dinamismo que les representa progresivos y diferentes retos a todas las áreas de la empresa
At present, among the world's population is growing stronger and healthier food boom; in response to this arise new alternatives of healthy eating, among these alternatives Peru has a great ability to compete with other medical products, today are earning a lot of money worldwide nutrition. Among the so-called Super Peruvian Foods or Peruvian Superfoods, as we know them in the world, we have Andean products such as maca, yacon, algarrobo, camu camu, cacao, quinoa, kiwicha, lucuma, among others. To highlight the boom of the Peruvian Superfoods, in the present investigation we will focus on the case of the Peruvian maca to explain how the International Promotion of this product for the rest of the world, International Food Fairs can influence the increase of agroindustries Peruvian exports; given that the world today requires that Peruvian companies develop the full potential of Peru as a mega diverse country rich in highly nutritious foods and to achieve this, Peruvian companies need to innovate with new proposals that meet the demand that customers captured customers at the International Fairs. As a result of the research it was possible to identify themselves through the participation in Specialized International Food Fairs Peruvian companies of the item manage to put before the public more diversified with the objective of attracting new customers interested in their products, leading them to experience a dynamism that represents them progressive and different challenges to all areas of the company
