Abstract
Indumotora del Perú es una de las empresas con prestigio en el sector automotriz. Esto se debe a la gran variedad de marcas con las que cuentan las cuales son BYD, DFSK y SUBARU, siendo esta última, la marca insignia de la empresa ya que está enfocado a un sector de la población que busca un producto seguro y de alta tecnología. La empresa presenta problemas en el proceso de fidelización de clientes, debido a que no se
hace un seguimiento de post venta adecuado con los clientes ocasionando que el cliente no vuelva a comprar.
