Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo, determinar la relación de la aplicación de la Metodología kaizen o mejora continua con el desempeño organizacional del Instituto de educación superior tecnológico privado CEPEA. Respecto a los aspectos metodológicos del trabajo, el tipo de investigación fue aplicada y el nivel descriptivo.The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between the application of the Kaizen Methodology or continuous improvement with the organizational performance of the CEPEA Private Technological Higher Education Institute. Regarding the methodological aspects of the work, the type of research was applied and the descriptive level.
