Actividad antiinflamatoria del extracto hidroalcohólico de la raíz de altea (acaulimalva rhizantha) en ratas inducidas a cistitis

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación fue demostrar el efecto antiinflamatorio del extracto hidroalcohólico de la Raíz de altea Acaulimalva rhizantha en ratas inducidas a cistitis. El tipo de estudio fue experimental, transversal. La preparación del extracto se realizó mediante el método de maceración hidroalcohólica, se determinaron los tipos de metabolitos secundarios mediante la marcha fitoquímica y el efecto antinflamatorio mediante la técnica validada de inducción con ciclofosfamida, medición de PCR y estudio histopatológico al tejido de la vejiga de las ratas.

The aim of the present research is to demonstrate the anti-inflammatory effect of the hydroalcoholic extract of altea Root Acaulimalva rhizantha in rats induced to cystitis. The type of study was experimental, transversal. The preparation of the extract was carried out using the hydroalcohilic maceration method the secondary metabolites were determined by the phytochemical march and the anti-inflammatory effect by means of the validated technique of induction with cyclophosphamide, measurement of PCR and histopathological study to the bladder tissue of the rats.
