Abstract
mayores complicaciones.
The dental extractions has been a resource to normalize occlusion, improve the facial profile, without damage of the periodontal ligament with the vestibularization of the teeth. Asymmetric extractions may be the best resource for the treatment of class II subdivision, it has been observed that has similar results and is less invasive, than if we opted for treatment with extractions of 4, observe the midline and plan the sequence of dental extractions. Being the first extraction to correct the midline, the teeth will shit towards the space left by the extracted tooth ,centering the midline. Then it only remains to lose anchorage and premolars. Before applying this type of treatment it is necessary to study the case thoroughly, diagnose the possible cause of dental asymmetry, verify the Bolton index and dental discrepancies mesialize the molar. Overall, the treatment with asymmetric extractions obtains good occlusal results. On the other hand, it has been seen that a molar relation can remain in class II or III and be functional without major complications.
