Percepción del funcionamiento familiar en pacientes diagnosticados con VIH/sida atendidos en el hospital regional Honorio Delgado Espinoza de Arequipa

Abstract

El objetivo del estudio investiga la Percepción del funcionamiento familiar en pacientes diagnosticados con VIH atendidos en el Hospital Regional Honorio Delgado Espinoza de Arequipa, 2017. La investigación de tipo descriptiva y el diseño fue descriptivo, comparativo, la muestra es de 100 pacientes, se administró el cuestionario sobre el funcionamiento familiar de García y Liberato (2013), fue sometido a la validez predictiva, mediante la prueba de coeficiente de correlación de “rs” de Spearman Brown, y el coeficiente de correlación de “r” de Pearson, en donde se obtuvo un valor de rs = 0.936. La confiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach de α = 0.809, lo cual indica que el cuestionario es altamente confiable. Los resultados indican que existe un nivel de funcionamiento familiar medio percibido en pacientes. El 94% de los pacientes presenta un nivel medio y el 6% un nivel bajo. En la dimensión de comunicación es bajo, existiendo un 74% y un 26% medio. En la dimensión Resolución de problemas se presenta a un nivel bajo, en un 74% y un 26% medio. En la dimensión Involucramiento afectivo y respuestas afectivas percibido se presenta a un nivel bajo, un 62% bajo y un 38% medio. En la dimensión roles percibido se presenta a un nivel medio, existiendo un 22% y un 3% bajo y un 5% alto. En la dimensión control de conducta percibido se presenta a un nivel medio existiendo un 87% y un 11% bajo.The objective of the study investigates the Perception of family functioning in patients diagnosed with HIV treated in the Hospital Regional Honorio Delgado Espinoza of Arequipa, 2017. The descriptive and design research was descriptive, comparative, the sample is 100 patients, was administered the questionnaire on family functioning of García and Liberato (2013), was subjected to predictive validity, using the Spearman Brown "rs" correlation coefficient test, and Pearson's "r" correlation coefficient, where a value of rs = 0.936 was obtained. The results indicate that there is an average level of family functioning perceived in patients. 94% of patients present a medium level and 6% a low level. In the dimension of communication is low, there being a 74% and a 26% average. In the Problem Solving dimension, it is presented at a low level, at 74% and 26% on average. In the dimension Affective Involvement and perceived affective responses, it is presented at a low level, a low 62% and an average 38%. In the perceived roles dimension, it is presented at a medium level, with 22% and 3% low and 5% high. In the control dimension of perceived behavior, it is presented at a medium level, with 87% and 11% low.
