Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia de la gestión de la capacitación organizacional en el desempeño laboral del personal de los servicios de atención de la Red de Salud de San Juan de Lurigancho. Se utilizó para alcanzar dicho objetivo el nivel aplicativo y tipo explicativo, el método y diseño expos-facto; asimismo la población estuvo constituida por 480 personas que integran la Red de Salud de San Juan de Lurigancho.
The objective of the research was to determine the influence of the management of organizational training on the work performance of the personnel of the health services of the San Juan de Lurigancho Health Network. The application level and explanatory type, the method and expose design were used to reach this objective; also the population was constituted by 480 people that integrate the Health Network of San Juan de Lurigancho.
