Capacidad de la gestión empresarial y su relación con el método just in time en las mypes de Gamarra, Lima, 2018

Abstract

La presente tesis es de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo descriptiva y diseño no experimental. La población de la investigación estuvo constituida por 5119 MYPEs del sector manufacturero, la muestra fue determinada de manera probabilística obteniendo un resultado de 133 empresas MYPEs del sector manufacturero. Para recolectar los datos respecto al comportamiento de las variables gestión empresarial y el Método Just in Time, se eligió como técnica de recolección de datos la encuesta y se empleó como instrumento de recolección de datos un cuestionario el cual estuvo constituido por 18 ítems con escala de valoración de Likert

This is a quantitative approach, applied type, descriptive level and non-experimental design. The research population consisted of 5119 Mypes from the manufacturing sector, the sample was determined in a probabilistic manner obtaining a result of 133 Mypes companies from the manufacturing sector. To collect the data regarding the behavior of the business management and just in time variables, the survey was chosen as a data collection technique and a questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument, which consisted of 18 items with an assessment scale. Likert. The analysis of results was carried out through the use of coding and tabulation of the information, once the information was tabulated and ordered it was subjected to a process of analysis and / or treatment using statistical techniques. The presentation of the results was through tables and graphs, later to test the hypothesis the statistical technique Chi square was applied, demonstrating the general hypothesis where the Business Management is directly and positively related to the Just in Time in the Mypes of Gamarra of the Manufacturing Sector. Finally, conclusions and recommendations are presented as study proposals
