Abstract
La tuberculosis pulmonar, es una enfermedad transmitida por el Mycobacterium tuberculosis o bacilo de Koch, que se propaga por vía respiratoria.
Se presenta caso de una paciente adulta de sexo femenino de 44 años casada, profesora. Con diagnóstico médico: de Tuberculosis Pulmonar por baciloscopia de esputo I BAAR +++. Presentó al ingreso de su hospitalización los siguientes síntomas más frecuentes de tuberculosis pulmonar: Tos con expectoración por 15 días o más, fiebre y sudoración por las noches, Pérdida del apetito, Pérdida de peso, Cansancio, Dolor en el pecho o de espalda, Dificultad para respirar, Hemoptisis.
Pulmonary tuberculosis is disease transmitted by M. Tuberculosis or Koch bacillus and it is spread by respiratory way. The case of a female adult patient of 44 years old, married and teacher is presented with a medical diagnosis of: pulmonary tuberculosis by sputum smear microscopy I BAAR +++. She presented the most frequent symptoms of pulmonary tuberculosis at hospitalization: cough with expectoration for 15 days or more, fever or sweating at night, loss of appetite, weightloss, fatigue, chest ache or backache, difficulty breathing, hemotysis.
