La estructura organizacional y calidad del servicio en la asociación cultural brisas del Titicaca-Lima

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia de la estructura organizacional en la calidad del servicio en Asociación Cultural Brisas del Titicaca. Respecto a los aspectos metodológicos del trabajo, el tipo de investigación fue aplicada y el nivel explicativo.The objective of the research work was to determine the influence of the organizational structure on the quality of service in the Brisas del Titicaca Cultural Association. Regarding the methodological aspects of the work, the type of research was applied and the level of explanation.
