Abstract
En la escuela de espalda se describe a la columna vertebral como el principal eje del cuerpo humano y como, este eje está conformado por músculos que ayudan a mantener el soporte y la buena postura.
Teniendo en cuenta el gran problema que aqueja a la sociedad de hoy en día, es el dolor de espalda, debido a la falta de ejercicios, las malas posturas, la carga excesiva de peso, y los malos movimientos repetitivos. Planteándose como un medio para solucionar este problema un programa de ejercicios dirigido específicamente a lumbalgías, dorsalgias, ciatalgias, escoliosis, hipercifosis, espondilolistesis. Este programa de ejercicios o “Back School” toma en cuenta la prevención primaria y prevención secundaria, es un método de enseñanza de prevención y autocuidado del dolor de espalda, con el único propósito de educar al paciente.
In the back school, the spine is described as the main axis of the human body and, as this axis is made up of muscles that help maintain support and good posture. Considering the great problem that afflicts society today, it is back pain, due to lack of exercise, poor posture, excessive weight loading, and repetitive bad movements. Being considered as a means to solve this problem an exercise program specifically aimed at low back pain, dorsalgia, ciatalgia, scoliosis, hyperkyphosis, spondylolisthesis. This exercise program or "Back School" takes into account primary prevention and secondary prevention, is a teaching method of prevention and self-care of back pain, with the sole purpose of educating the patient.
