Clima organizacional y liderazgo autocrático en la gestión de producción de la empresa agroexportadora

Abstract
La presente investigación buscó determinar la relación que existe entre
el Clima Organizacional y Liderazgo Autocrático en la Gestión de Producción
de la Empresa Agroexportadora SAC en la ciudad de Trujillo. Se identificó las
relaciones interpersonales del Clima Organizacional en la Gestión de
Producción y la relación entre el Liderazgo Autocrático en la Gestión de
Producción.
El presente trabajo de investigación, está constituida por una población
de 56 trabajadores de la empresa objeto de estudio. El tamaño de la muestra
fue igual a la población es decir de 56 trabajadores del área de producción
basándonos en un muestreo no probabilístico intencional. Se procesó la data y
se concluyó en que se determinó el nivel de relación entre las relaciones
interpersonales del Clima Organizacional y la Gestión de Producción de la
Empresa Agroexportadora SAC, en la ciudad de Trujillo, siendo el porcentaje
de rechazo al actual Clima Organizacional de 47.46%. Se demostró la hipótesis
específica que existe una alta correlación positiva alcanzada de 0.711 entre las
relaciones interpersonales del Clima Organizacional en la Gestión de
Producción y se concluye en que se determinó el nivel de relación entre el
Liderazgo Autocrático y la Gestión de Producción de la Empresa
Agroexportadora SAC en la ciudad de Trujillo, siendo el porcentaje del
Liderazgo Autocrático de 38.54%. Se concluye que se demostró la hipótesis
que existe relación entre el Liderazgo Autocrático y la Gestión de Producción
por la correlación moderada positiva alcanzada de 0.664.
Finalmente se recomienda a los directivos de la Empresa
Agroexportadora SAC una capacitación al personal de la empresa en el tema
“relaciones personales” para mejorar el Clima Organizacional y al jefe de
recursos humanos que identifique a los líderes del área de producción y
programe un entrenamiento en liderazgo con la finalidad de fomentarlo en los
trabajadores y no solamente a los jefes de áreas.
This research sought to determine the relationship between organizational climate and autocratic leadership in the management of production Empresa Agroexportadora SAC in the city of Trujillo. It is concluded that you showed the hypothesis that there is relationship between autocratic leadership and management of production achieved moderate positive correlation of 0.664. Finally recommended to the directors of the Empresa Agroexportadora SAC training to the personnel of the company in the subject "personal relationships" to improve the organizational climate and the head of HR programming training in leadership staff including the heads of each area with the aim of eradicating the leadership and promoting the leadership on all workers and not only heads.
