Abstract
La economía peruana está abierta al mundo, mediante Tratados de Libre
Comercio(TLC), pero sus Mypes deben ser competitivas para atender la gran
demanda generada, crecer, generar empleo y erradicar la pobreza. La
investigación establece que se debe cambiar la confianza organizacional de estas empresas, materializada en el comportamiento de sus propietarios, directivos o sus representantes legales, quienes deben de confiar en sus trabajadores para conseguir de ellos una actitud innovadora.
The Peruvian economy is open to the world, through Free Trade Agreements (FTA), but its Mypes must be competitive to meet the high demand generated, grow, generate employment and eradicate poverty. The research establishes that the organizational trust of these companies must be changed, materialized in the behavior of their owners, managers or their legal representatives, who must trust their workers to get an innovative attitude from them.
