Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación lleva por título “Propuesta de implementación del
modelo B2B del comercio electrónico, en el proceso de compras de la empresa Laboratorios AC Farma S.A.” Este modelo permitirá que la empresa reduzca tiempos, costos en el proceso, mejorará la relación proveedor- empresa.
Laboratorios AC Farma S.A. es una empresa dedicada a la fabricación y comercialización de productos farmacéuticos, siendo el laboratorio farmacéutico de mayor crecimiento comercial y tecnológico en los últimos 10 años en nuestro país. Cuenta con filiales en Ecuador, Argentina y Chile y tiene presencia en Bolivia, Paraguay, Cuba, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panamá y República Dominicana. Su principal cliente es el sector salud del Estado
