Abstract
La investigación tiene como objetivo determina la influencia de la división y partición de bienes en la declaración de herederos en la ausencia de testamento. Se utilizó para alcanzar dicho objetivo el método descriptivo Expost-Facto y un diseño no experimental, asimismo la población objeto estuvo constituida por 130 Jueces, 220 Abogados y 100 Notarios Públicos de Lima Metropolitana.
The investigation has as objective determines the influence of the division and partition of assets in the declaration of heirs in the absence of testament. The descriptive Ex post facto method and a non-experimental design were used to achieve this objective, and the target population was composed of 130 Judges, 220 Lawyers and 100 Public Notaries of Metropolitan Lima.
