El proceso de filiación extramatrimonial y el reconocimiento de los derechos fundamentales del niño en Lima Metropolitana

Abstract

La investigación titulada EL PROCESO DE FILIACIÓN EXTRAMATRIMONIAL Y EL RECONOCIMIENTO DE LOS DERECHOS FUNDAMENTALES DEL NIÑO EN LIMA METROPOLITANA, tiene como objetivo Determinar la incidencia del proceso de filiación extramatrimonial en el reconocimiento de los derechos fundamentales del niño. Se utilizó para alcanzar dicho objetivo el método deductivo, inductivo y descriptivo y un diseño no experimental, asimismo se aplicó la encuesta a una población constituida por 135 Jueces y 100 Abogados especializados en la materia civil que suman 235. Al calcular el tamaño de la muestra se trabajó finalmente con 146 personas. En cuanto al instrumento de recolección de datos tenemos al cuestio nario que constó de 13 ítems de tipo cerrado, los mismos que se vaciaron en cuadros en donde se calcularon las frecuencias y porcentajes, complementándose con el análisis e interpretación de los resultados, lo cual nos permitió contrastar las hipótesis. Finalmente se concluyó y recomendó en estrecha relación con los problemas, objetivos e hipótesis planteadas.The research titled extramarital AFFILIATION PROCESS AND RECOGNITION OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF THE CHILD IN LIMA, it aims to determine the incidence of extramarital filiation process in the recognition of fundamental rights.
