dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se llevó acabo para determinar el efecto antiinflamatorio del extracto alcohólico de hojas de Morus nigra L. en ratas albinas. La marcha fitoquímica determinó la presencia de compuestos fenólicos como flavonoides, glicosidos y alcaloides. En la cromatografía en capa fina se identificó flavonoides, mediante Espectrofotometría Ultravioleta se determinó la presencia de flavonoides totales por 3.26 mg de quercetina / en mL de extracto alcohólico de hojas de Morus nigra L. Se evaluó el efecto antiinflamatorio mediante el método del edema plantar inducido por carragenina, descrito en el manual Cyted y Validación UPCH. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | The present investigation was to determine just the antiinflammatory effect of alcoholic extract of Morus nigra L. leaves in albino rats. The phytochemical action determined the presence of phenolic compounds such as flavonoids, glycosides and alkaloids. In the thin layer chromatography flavonoids was identified by UV spectrophotometry the presence of total flavonoids was determined by 26.3 mg of quercetin / in mL of alcohol leaves Morus nigra L. extract the antiinflammatory effect was evaluated by the method of edema plantar induced carrageenan, described in Manual and Cyted validation UPCH | spa_PE |
