Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo, determinar la relación de las escalas remunerativas con la rotación laboral de los obreros de campo de la empresa Agrícola Tambo Colorado S.A.C. en el valle de Humay-Pisco-Ica-2015.
Respecto a los aspectos metodológicos del trabajo, el tipo de investigación fue aplicado y el nivel descriptivo.
La población objeto de estudio, estuvo conformada por los obreros de campo de la empresa Agrícola Tambo Colorado S.A.C. en el valle de Humay-Pisco-Ica-2015, que ascienden a 70 personas. La muestra fue de 59 personas, a las cuales se les aplicó el instrumento que constó de 14 preguntas, utilizando la escala de likert con alternativas de respuesta múltiple.
Se procedió a analizar los resultados, luego se realizó la contrastación de hipótesis, utilizando la prueba estadística conocida como coeficiente de correlación de SPEARMAN, debido a que las variables de estudio son cualitativas.
Finalmente, se pudo determinar que las escalas remunerativas se relacionan significativamente con la rotación laboral de los obreros de campo de la empresa Agrícola Tambo Colorado S.A.C. en el valle de Humay-Pisco-Ica-2015.
The objective of this research was to determine the relation between the remunerative scales and the labor rotation of the agricultural workers of the agricultural company Tambo Colorado S.A.C. In the valley of Humay-Pisco-Ica-2015. Regarding the methodological aspects of the work, the type of research was the level and applied descriptive. The study population was made up of field workers from the agricultural company Tambo Colorado S.A.C. In the valley of Humay-Pisco-Ica-2015, which number 70 people. The sample consisted of 59 people, who were given the instrument that consisted of 14 questions, using the likert scale with multiple response alternatives. We proceeded to analyze the results, then we performed the hypothesis testing, using the statistical test known as the correlation coefficient of SPEARMAN, because the study variables are qualitative. Finally, it was possible to determine that the remunerative scales are significantly related to the labor rotation of the agricultural workers of the agricultural company Tambo Colorado S.A.C.
