Abstract
El presente estudio, de tipo descriptivo y diseño no experimental, tiene como objetivo determinar el clima laboral que abunda en los trabajadores del área de empleo del Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo sede central ubicada en el distrito de Jesús María – Lima. El instrumento que se utilizó fue la Escala de Clima laboral elaborada por Sonia Palma Carrillo (2004) que evalúa el nivel de percepción del ambiente laboral. La muestra estuvo conformada por 60 trabajadores de ambos sexos, de diversas edades y diversos puestos de trabajo, se utilizó un muestreo censal. Los resultados obtenidos mostraron que el 48 % de los trabajadores consideran que el clima laboral es “desfavorable” y el 3 % consideran que el clima laboral es favorable; de igual manera se obtuvieron resultados de los 5 factores que engloban el clima laboral, los cuales todos tuvieron un alto porcentaje en la categoría de “desfavorable”. En base a este estudio se elaboró un programa de intervención llamado “Modificación del clima laboral” con el objetivo de modificar el clima laboral dentro de la institución y mejorar la percepción de los trabajadores.
The present descriptive and non - experimental design aims at determining the predominant working climate that abounds in the employment area of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion, which is located in the district of Jesús María - Lima.
