Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar las condiciones laborales que
fomentan la rotación del personal asesor telefónico de la empresa MDY BPO SAC, en el periodo
2017. La investigación es de tipo aplicada, explicativa, transversal y descriptiva; de diseño no
experimental.
Para la obtención de los datos estadísticos se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y se elaboró como
instrumento una encuesta estructurada denominada “Cuestionario de condiciones laborales”
tomando como referencia la clasificación de aspectos que configuran las condiciones laborales que
proponen Peiró y Prieto (1996). La muestra fue de 82 asesores telefónicos a quienes se les aplicó
la encuesta.
De acuerdo al análisis estadístico se concluye que el 45% de los asesores telefónicos encuestados
están en desacuerdo con las condiciones ambientales indicándola como la principal condición
laboral que fomenta la rotación del personal, seguido con un 39% de las condiciones de empleo;
así mismo hay una percepción positiva sobre las características que presentan la variables de las
condiciones de seguridad (55%), las características de las tareas (73%), los procesos de trabajo
(65%) y las condiciones sociales y/u organizacionales (69%).
The objective of this research work is to determine the working conditions that promote the rotation of the telephone advisory staff of the MDY BPO SAC company, in the 2017 period. The research is of an applied, explanatory, transversal and descriptive type; of non-experimental design. In order to obtain the statistical data, the survey was used as a technique and a structured survey was elaborated denominated "Questionnaire of labor conditions" taking as reference the classification of aspects that configure the labor conditions that propose Peiró and Prieto (1996). The sample consisted of 82 telephone consultants to whom the survey was applied. According to the statistical analysis, it is concluded that 45% of the telephone consultants surveyed disagree with the environmental conditions, indicating it as the main work condition that encourages staff rotation, followed by 39% of the employment conditions; There is also a positive perception of the characteristics of the variables of security conditions (55%), the characteristics of the tasks (73%), the work processes (65%) and the social and / or organizational conditions (69%).
