Abstract
El objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar el efecto del uso de hipoclorito de sodio al 3% y 5% en la adhesión sobre esmalte en incisivos de bovinos evaluados mediante tracción. Estudio in vitro. Para ello se utilizaron 15 incisivos de bovinos permanentes, sin lesiones cariosas y que mantengan la integridad de la corona a los cuales posteriormente se les realizó un desgaste del borde incisal y fueron divididos en 3 grupos : Grupo Control ,en donde se realizó el acondicionamiento ácido convencional; Grupo Experimental A, en donde se realizó el acondicionamiento ácido convencional y posteriormente se aplicó hipoclorito al 3% con una bolita de algodón durante 60 segundos lavado y secado.
