Abstract
El presente trabajo se realizó en el hospital nacional Cayetano Heredia en una paciente mujer de 29 años de edad, portadora de vih fase sida, con varios episodios de abandono de tratamiento targa, en la actualidad sin targa con cd: 14 y carga viral de 82 500 ui , incontables interconsultas a psicología por negación de enfermedad que ingresa por emergencia, con trastorno del sensorio, co-infectada con tuberculosis meníngea, en mal estado general.
Se ha elaborado un proceso de enfermería, según la evaluación céfalo caudal, valoración de dominios, elaboración de diagnóstico según necesidades, planteamiento de objetivos, ejecución de las intervenciones y concluyendo con la evaluación de resultados
The present work was carried out at the Cayetano Heredia hospital in a 29-year-old female patient with a HIV-AIDS phase, with several episodes of abandonment of targa treatment, currently without targa with CD: 14 and viral load of 82 500 ui, countless interconsultations to psychology for negation of illness, that enters by emergency, with sensory disorder, co-infected with meningeal tuberculosis, in poor general condition. A nursing process has been developed, according to the cephalo-caudal assessment, assessment of domains, preparation of diagnosis according to needs, setting objectives, execution of interventions and concluding with the evaluation of results
