Relación de factores predisponentes y cumplimiento de buenas prácticas de dispensación en el personal técnico y farmacéutico del distrito de Comas - Enero a Mayo del 2017

Abstract
La presente investigación ha sido realizada con el propósito de determinar la relación existente entre los factores predisponentes y el cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de dispensación del personal técnico y farmacéutico que labora en las farmacias y boticas del distrito de Comas Lima, Perú. La metodología de la investigación responde al enfoque cuantitativo, y es de tipo descriptivo correlacional, aplicada y transversal, puesto que busca establecer la posible relación entre dos variables relevantes y de interés farmacéutico. La muestra estudiada está constituida por el personal técnico y farmacéutico de las farmacias y boticas del distrito de Comas, en número de 26 mujeres y 24 varones, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario para indagar sobre las variables demográficas, factores predisponentes y el cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de dispensación. El análisis estadístico de los datos se realizó con el programa SPSS, versión 24 para Windows, usando frecuencias relativas y porcentajes totales; se utilizó la fórmula del coeficiente de correlación de Pearson para la determinación de la relación, que expresa el grado de asociación o afinidad entre las variables consideradas. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que la disposición de los recursos tienen relación significativa alta con el cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de dispensación (0.71), que las actitudes del personal técnico y farmacéutico tiene una relación significativamente alta (0.72) con las buenas prácticas de dispensación; el conocimiento del personal técnico y farmacéutico tiene una relación muy alta (0.74) con las buenas prácticas de dispensación, y que la regulación establecida tiene una relación muy alta con el cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de dispensación (0.75). Se concluye que existen factores predisponentes que tienen una relación directa y significativa con el cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de dispensación, por parte del personal técnico y farmacéutico de las farmacias y boticas del distrito de Comas.
The present investigation has like primary target, the one to determine if the predisposing factors with the fulfillment of the good practices of dispensation of the technical and pharmaceutical personnel have relation who toils in the pharmacies and pharmacies of the district of Comas. Lima – Peru. The methodology of the investigation responds to the quantitative approach, and its correlational, applied and cross-sectional descriptive type that it looks for to establish the possible relation between two excellent variables and of pharmaceutical interest. The subject sample of the study is constituted by 96 women and 24 men, submissive the technique of the survey, that, by means of an Questionnaire developed for this research, I investigate myself with questions on the demographic variables, predisposing factors and the fulfillment of the good practices of dispensation of the technical and pharmaceutical personnel of the pharmacies and pharmacies of the district of Comas. The statistical analysis of the data was made with program SPSS version 24 for Windows, having used relative frequencies and total percentage and the use of you formulate it of the coefficient of correlation of Pearson for the determination of the relation, that it expresses the degree of association or affinity between the considered variables. The obtained results have determined that the disposition of the resources has high significant relation with the fulfillment of the good practices of dispensation (0.71), that the attitudes of the technical and pharmaceutical personnel has a significantly high relation (0.72) with the good practices of dispensation; the knowledge of the technical and pharmaceutical personnel has a very high relation (0.74) with the good practices of dispensation, and that the established regulation has a very high relation with the fulfillment of the good practices of dispensation (0.75). Conclusions: It is established that there are predisposing factors that have a direct and significant relationship with compliance with good dispensing practices, taking as a sample the technical and pharmaceutical professionals of pharmacies and pharmacies in the district of Comas
