Abstract

The process of obtaining information for the analysis was not the most optimal, because the storage of the data was not under an analysis approach that allows the use of the large volume of historical information that the COES manages in relation to the electrical demand, which caused an overexertion generated by a waiting time and several download processes to obtain the historical information that one wanted to analyze, as well as the time it took to structure the information to generate the graphic reports; for these reasons, it was decided to handle the historical information downloaded in spreadsheets, which did not allow to maintain a traceability against the updates that were generated, since it was necessary to download the information again to match the changes
