Niveles de estrés en trabajadoras del área administrativa de una clínica de Lima – Callao

Abstract

La investigación es de tipo descriptivo, diseño no experimental de corte transversal; teniendo como objetivo general Determinar los niveles de estrés en las trabajadoras del área administrativa de una clínica de Lima-Callao. La muestra estuvo constituida por 65 colaboradoras administrativas a quienes se le aplicó el cuestionario Adaptado por Inarcevich y Matterson (1989), sobre estrés laboral de la OIT-OMS. Los resultados fueron en el nivel alto (49%), nivel medio (29%), nivel bajo (20%). El nivel de estrés en las trabajadoras del área administrativas de una clínica de Lima – Callao, se observa: Factor I clima y estructura laboral se ubica en el nivel alto 56%; Factor II territorio y tecnología se ubica en el nivel bajo (35,4%); Factor III influencia del lider se ubica en el nivel alto (46%); Factor IV falta de cohesion y respaldo del grupo se ubica en el nivel bajo (32,3%).

The research is descriptive, non-experimental cross-sectional design; with the general objective of determining the levels of stress in the administrative area of a clinic in Lima-Callao. The sample consisted of 65 administrative collaborators, who were given the questionnaire Adapted by Inarcevich and Matterson (1989) on ILO-WHO work-related stress. The results were at the high level (49%), medium level (29%), low level (20%). The level of stress in the female employees of the administrative area of a Lima - Callao clinic, is observed: Factor I climate and labor structure is located in the high level (56%); Factor II territory and technology is located at the low level (35.4%); Factor III influence of the leader is located at the high level (46%); Factor IV lack of cohesion and support of the group is located in the low level (32.3%).
